You can make
various doughs in a
short period of time.
Do not put the
instant dry yeast
in the yeast
dispenser!
Preparations
Install blade in the bread pan.
Add all ingredients into the bread pan.

Put the bread pan into the main body.
Ingredients
Crispy pizza dough

High-gluten flour

Olive oil
2.5 g (½ tsp)

Instant dry yeast
* Use cold water at a temperature of about 5 ˚C
when the room temperature is over 25 ˚C.
Naan dough

2.8 g (1 tsp)
Instant dry yeast

Tortilla dough

Corn starch

High-gluten flour

* The hardness of the dough may vary with the
type and particle size of corn starch.
Red bean bun dough

Low-gluten flour
