12. Disconnect the harness connectors and hoses from
the air bypass control valve (A) and waste gate con-
trol valve (B).
 NOTE: For installing purposes, note the location
and routing of the harness connectors and hoses.
13. Remove the screws and turbocharger cover; then
remove the waste gate control valve hose from the
turbocharger noting the location of the clamp for
installing purposes.
14. Loosen the clamp securing the intercooler hose to the
throttle body; then loosen the clamps securing the air
intake and intercooler hose to the turbocharger.

Seal the turbocharger with tape to avoid any dirt or for-
eign objects from falling into the turbocharger.

15. Remove the lock nuts and screws (A) securing the
rear intercooler brackets to the chassis and remove
the brackets from the intercooler; then carefully pry
the intercooler out from the front brackets (B) and
remove the intercooler with the air bypass valve and
hoses.
