6. Remove and discard the hose clamp securing the rear
fuel tank gasline hose to the elbow fitting; then
remove the hose from the fitting. Remove the rear
gas tank.
7. Remove and retain all four cap screws securing the
rear spar tubes to the chassis and steering support.
8. Remove all battery cables and the battery from the
from gas tank.
9. Disconnect the gasline hose, and fuel pump harness.
Remove the front gas tank.
PANTERA (INSTALLING)
1. Install the front gas tank; then connect the gasline
hose(s), vent hose, and fuel pump harness; then
install the battery and connect all battery cables.
3. Connect the reverse alarm, heated seat switch, and
the heated shield connectors; then use the two
machine screws to secure the upper console.
 NOTE: Steps 4-7 are for Pantera LTD models with
the rear gas tank.
4. Route the gasline hose assembly through the center
rear hole in the front fuel tank (if removed) and
toward the elbow fitting in the rear fuel tank.

5. Install new hose clamp over the gasline hose; then
press the gasline hose fully onto the fitting. Use Fuel
Hose Clamp Tool to secure the hose clamp over
the gasline hose by crimping the clamps until the
two clamp areas touch.

6. Using new cable ties, secure both gasline hoses to
the fuel tank and to the negative battery cable.
7. Install the right- and left-side rack fascia using the
existing hardware.
8. Install the rear spar tubes and secure using the exist-
ing cap screws. Tighten to 23 ft-lb.
9. Install the operator's seat, passenger's seat, and the
storage box lid.
