(3) Remove the snap ring with snap ring pliers; then remove
the spring and retainer assembly.
(4) Remove the low and reverse brake piston by applying
compressed air through the fluid passage.
40. Remove the output shell from the output gear.
41. Remove the idle gear and O-ring.

Remove the lockbolt shown in the figure.
43. Remove the front and center differential assembly.
