Shift fork, clutch hub assembly
1, Lock the primary shaft with the SST.
2. Shift to 1st or 2nd gear to lock the rotation of the primary
shaft.
Caution
l
Do not reuse the removed locknut.
3. Uncrimp the tabs of the locknuts.
4. Remove the locknuts from the primary and secondary
shafts.
5. Remove the shift fork together with the clutch hub assembly.
Top cover assembly
1. Remove the top cover assembly.
2. Remove the springs.
3. Remove the steel balls with a magnet.
Transaxle case assembly
1. Remove the bolt.
2. Remove the bolts and transaxle case by tapping lightly with
a plastic hammer.
3. Remove the magnet.
