OPERATION
NautoPilot 5000 Series
Definitions within the "Position Monitoring" display
Range rings.
These range rings are displayed proportional to the
"Off Position Limit".
The steps displayed are:
1m--10m--100m--1000m
2m--20m--200m--2000m
5m--50m--500m--5000m
The example in Figure 38 shows one range ring at a distance
of 200m from the centre and a second range ring at a distance
of 400m.
The position sensor in use is always displayed in the centre.
The type and number of the position sensor.
The "Off Position Limit" is displayed in yellow. It is always the
maximum of the displayed circle (as shown in Figure 38, it
marks 530m).
The direction is always true north (000).
