OPERATION
NautoPilot 5000 Series
Softkeys for "Track Data" display
Information about the track. Its width is 100m to each side of the
track (in the shown example).
Information on heading source and actual heading value.
Set heading value.
For Course Control this display is designated as "Presel.COG"
(Preselected Course Over Ground) after turning the rotary knob,
"Set COG" after releasing the knob.
For Track Control this display is designated as "Track Course".
For Heading Control this display is designated as "Set Heading".
Touch--icon, toggles resolution for the respective value.
Numerical display for the distance to the courseline (track) (or
Cross Track Error) in meters, an arrow next to this display shows
the direction of the distance from the courseline (or Cross Track
Error).
Softkey for switching to the "Actual Parameter" display.
Softkey for switching to the main (initial) display.
Softkeys for changing the selected parameters.
Changes must be acknowledged with "SET" (a small icon is dis-
