OPERATION
NautoPilot 5000 Series
Message
ECDIS fails.
Track Control interrup-
tion due to lack of posi-
tion data.
A difference between ac-
tual heading and set
course has been found.
Drift is too strong.
000 minutes left to track end.
During track control the
track end is passed.
This alert comes up ev-
ery 7 seconds until hav-
ing changed over to
heading control or
manual mode.
Faulty track data.
Data is generated by an
external device.
During track control, the
next track change angle
is too big.
Possible cause

Remedy
Check ECDIS.
Check position sensor.

adjustments

loop for the Course
Trim
