4. Document Server

Overview

The Document Server enables you to save documents in the optional Hard Disk Drive (40 GB) and then
edit and print them as you want.
You can save the following:
• Data from documents scanned using the document feeder
• Data from documents scanned using the exposure glass
• With the Printer Function, storing documents in the Hard Disk Drive using functions of Sample
Print or Locked Print is available. For more information, see "Sample Print/Locked Print" in Ad-
