This feature is advertised to BGP neighbors through a capability advertisement. In Receiver
Information
Only mode, BGP saves the advertised routes of peers that support this capability when they
restart.

Enable logging of BGP neighbor resets.

Syntax
bgp log-neighbor-changes
To disable logging, use the no bgp log-neighbor-changes command.

The bgp log-neighbor-changes command appears in the show config command

Enter the keyword neighbor followed by one of the options listed
below:
ip-address of the neighbor in IP address format of the
neighbor.
peer-group-name of the neighbor peer group.
Enter the keywords restart-time followed by the maximum
number of seconds needed to restart and bring up all peers. The
range is 1 to 3600 seconds. The default is 120 seconds.
Enter the keywords stale-path-time followed by the maximum
number of seconds to wait before restarting a peer's stale paths. The
default is 360 seconds.
Enter the keywords role receiver-only to designate the local
router to support graceful restart as a receiver only.
