T072: The system has reported an unmanaged fault

Description
Resolution
1. The loss of communications between the library and the
UDS
2. The loss of communications between the UDS controller
board and the drive brick.
1. Various hardware problems inside the sled.
2. Drive brick firmware bug
3. Drive sled firmware bug
4. Library communication firmware bug
5. DSIB hardware problem
6. Loss of power to sled (DSIB 48 V fuse)
Tape Drive
v Update drive firmware (see "Updating Drive Firmware"
on page 7-11.
v Update library firmware (see "Updating Library
Firmware" on page 7-10.
v If the problem still exists:
– "Removing a Drive Sled" on page 11-9
– Replacing a Drive Sled
The library can no longer detect the presence of a power
supply that was previously physically installed and
logically added to the system.
Regular polling between LCB and power supply checks for
presence of the power supply.
1. Power Supply has been physically removed after being
added to a powered on system.
2. Hardware failure inside supply
3. Hardware failure in library side connector of other
electronics.

Perform "DR022: Power Supply Not Present" on page
10-36.
Library firmware has reported a problem that is not
associated with a specific ticket and corresponding
diagnostic resolution. This problem cannot be resolved
without escalation to tech support and engineering.
Perform "DR021: Contact Service" on page 10-36.
