DR001: Manually Recover Tape from Picker

Problem:
The library has a cartridge in the Picker but cannot recover without user intervention to remove the cartridge.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1. Take all logical libraries offline.
2. Open the library Access Doors.
3. Use the thumb wheel on the Picker to drive the cartridge out.
4. Close the library Access Doors.
5. Import the cartridge via host application to the appropriate logical library.
DR002: Manually Recover Tape from Source or Destination
Slot
Problem
The library robot (Picker assembly) has failed during a move media. The cartridge must be manually recovered
before operations should be continued.

TS3310 Tape Library Setup and Operator Guide
This ticket is specifically designed to report the problem
that would occur if the cable connecting any of the IE
stations is unplugged. Hardware limitations make it such
that and unplugged IE and a partially open IE cannot be
distinguished from one another. The default state of the
open and closed door sensors is such that only the
partially open state looks like the unplugged state (door
not open + door not closed). The detection logic will
check for this condition only at boot up to avoid
triggering the ticket during any operational door open /
close sequence.
Any time the library boots up it checks for the state of
the I/O open and close sensors to see if there is a not
open and not closed condition.
1. I/O station is unplugged at boot up
2. I/O station is left in a not open and not closed state
at boot up
