Nature of Address Route Profile

The NOA Route Profile (noa-route-profile) table is used to support NOA-based routing on the Cisco BTS
10200 Softswitch. This profile defines the NOA route id. The id can be assigned to a single Dial Plan
Profile table or multiple Dial Plan Profile tables.
