Diagnostics for alarms
This information is also provided as a diagnostic tool for diagnosing the causes of alarms such
as:
● Drive fault:
⇒ SC1 drive alarm message is set.
⇒ Check specified drive data set, specified motor data set, DC-link voltage.
● Alarm 25040 "Standstill monitoring",
Alarm 25050 "Contour monitoring",
Alarm 25060 "Speed setpoint limitation",
Alarm 25080 "Positioning monitoring"
⇒ the drive enable may be missing (PLC pulse enable not present); this results in the display
Pulses enabled = No.
● Motor temperature = exceeded
⇒ check the current motor temperature.
