The B600 power wheelchair has been designed as a modu-
lar  system.  Certain  component  groups  can  be  exchanged
and other accessories can be added.
The  enAble50  control  unit  facilitates  the  use  of  numerous
additional  electrical  functions  as  well  as  customised  input
devices.
The  complete  range  of  options  is  listed  on  the  order  form
and in the wheelchair accessories catalogue.
7.1 Seat Options
WARNING
Risk of injury due to tipping during operation.  Before
driving up slopes or over obstacles, a tilted seat must be
lowered  to  its  basic  position,  the  lift  seat  must  be  in  its
lowest position, and the back must be in the upright posi-
tion. Slightly tilt the seat to the rear when driving down in-
clines  or  over  obstacles  and  reduce  the  speed  (max.  3
km/h).
WARNING
Risk of pinching or crushing fingers. Do not reach into
the  danger  zone  between  the  frame  and  the  seat  when
B600
tilting the seat. There must not be any interfering objects
or obstacles in the tilting zone.
CAUTION
Risk of injury when tilting the back rest. Overloading the
actuators  can  result  in  spindle  nut  breakage  and  thus
cause the seat to drop or the back rest to fold back.
INFORMATION
It is easier to tilt the seat if the back rest is inclined to the
rear.
INFORMATION
The seat function actuators are not intended for continu-
ous use, but only for short-term limited operation. General
recommendation: At maximum load capacity, 10 seconds
of  operation  should  be  followed  by  90  seconds  of  idle
time. The electric seat functions are considered independ-
ently of the driving function for this purpose.
INFORMATION
When  getting  into  or  out  of  the  power  wheelchair,  bring
the seat to a level position.
