Engaging the caster wheel swivel lock:
  n Slightly rotate the folding lever on the anterior frame to 
the side, allowing it to jump out of the mid-position.
  n The bolt below the anterior frame extends and engages 
in the front caster fork as soon as the wheelchair reach-
es the straight ahead position (see Figure 36, left photo).
Now the power wheelchair can only drive straight forward 
or backward.
Releasing the caster wheel swivel lock:
  n Turn the folding lever back to its mid-position; the front 
caster fork is released so it can move freely.
  n The lever engages in the centre of the anterior frame in 
an unlocked position (see Figure 36, right photo).

7.4 Electrically Adjustable Footrests
INFORMATION
The seat function actuators are not intended for continu-
ous use, but only for short-term limited operation. General 
recommendation: At maximum load capacity, 10 seconds 
of  operation  should  be  followed  by  90  seconds  of  idle 
time. The electric seat functions are considered independ-
ently of the driving function for this purpose.
