7.8.2 External Kilometre Indicator
The external kilometre indicator (Figure 42) is attached to
the protective bow for the control panel. The kilometre indi-
cator shows:
n Speed
n Trip distance
n Total distance
n Digital clock
When using a separate LCD monitor, an external
INFORMATION
kilometre indicator is not needed, because the LCD monitor
has its own kilometre indicator.

Whenever the display shows km/h or m/h in the upper left
corner, the speedometer is activated. Pressing the yellow
button lets you see the trip mileage, total mileage, digital
clock, and speed one after the other.
Setting the Trip Mileage Back to Zero
Three flashing arrows on the left side of the display indicate
the trip mileage counter. To set the value back to zero, press
the yellow button for at least 2 seconds.
Setting the Time
If the digital clock is activated on the display, you can set the
time. Press the yellow button for at least 2 seconds. The
display will flash and alternate between 12: and 24:. Press-
ing the button again when the display shows 24: will pro-
gramme the clock to show a 24-hour display. Pressing the
button when the display shows 12: will result in a 12-hour
display.
The hours and minutes can be set next. The time digits auto-
matically advance one after the other. Press the yellow but-
ton when the desired digits are showed on the display.
Setting the Total Mileage Counter
When the total mileage counter is shown on the display, you
can switch between km/h and m/h and enter the wheel cir-
cumference. To do so, press the yellow button for at least 2
