Operation

For  transportation  and  storage,  an  ambient  temperature
between -10 °C and +40 °C must be observed.
If your power wheelchair is not moved for several
INFORMATION
days,  permanent  colour  changes  may  occur  where  the
wheelchair comes into contact with the surface it is standing
on. A suitable mat should be used when parking the wheel-
chair for extended periods of time.
Black tyres may leave black marks on the ground
INFORMATION
under  some  circumstances.  Therefore  we  recommend
choosing grey tyres if the power wheelchair is mainly used
indoors.
Direct exposure to sunlight / UV radiation causes
INFORMATION
the tyres to age more quickly. As a result, the tread surface
hardens and corner pieces break out of the tread.
Avoid parking the wheelchair outdoors whenever
INFORMATION
possible. The tyres should be replaced at least every 2 years
regardless of wear and tear.
Remove the fuse for shipping or when the power

wheelchair is not being used for an extended period of time.

CAUTION
Risk of accidents due to unsecured screw connections
When screw connections with thread locks are loosened,
they must be equipped with new thread locks or secured
with a medium-strength liquid thread lock substance (e.g.
EuroLock A24.20).
After  the  power  wheelchair  has  been  set  and  adjusted,
the attachment screws and/or nuts must be firmly retight-
ened. Observe the applicable torque specifications.
Various adjustments can be made to the power wheelchair.
The seat height, seat width, and seat angle have been set in
accordance with the indications on the customer order form
and may only be changed by the specialist dealer.
The rear wheel suspension, which is included in the stand-
ard equipment, must be adjusted by an authorised dealer.
