Cause The phone line system has problems.
Action Test your phone line system by using a telephone.
If the phone number can not be called out, your
phone line system may have some problems, not
machine.
Cause The imaging unit is broken.
Action If the image quality of copies is also poor, please
replace the imaging unit with a new one.
Cause The original glass of TX machine is dirty.
Action Please confirm with sender.
NOTE
The poor image quality of received fax may be
caused by the TX machine.
Cause The resolution of TX machine is too low.
Action Please confirm with sender.
NOTE
The poor image quality of received fax may be

Cause When sender scan the original document which the
paper size is too big.
Action You can use the "REDUCTION RX" function
to adjust fax printing method.
Select whether documents longer than the current
paper size are printed reduced, split, or discarded.
ON: The document is printed at a reduced size.
OFF: The document is printed at full size and split
onto multiple pages.
CUT: The document is printed, but any part that
does not fit within the page is erased.

of the received document and the document that is
actually printed, refer to "Facsimile User's Guide" .
