AIM: RAIM Availability

Select the RAIM (Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitor) mode, where s is one of
the following 3-character strings representing a pre-defined alarm limit or the user
can enter a user defined limit.
where n.nn can be a value between 0.015 and 4.00 kilometers.
