SAL: Enable/Disable GPS Satellite Almanac Message

$PASHS,RAW,SAL,x,s
Enable/disable GPS almanac data (SAL) messages on port x, where x is the output
port, and s is ON or OFF.
Example: Disable SAL message on port A
Almanac data for all satellites is output once every hour, with one satellite output at each recording
interval (RCI).
$PASHQ,SAL,x,
The associated query command is $PASHQ,SAL,x. This command outputs the SAG
almanac data response message on port x, where x is the optional output port.
$PASHR,SAL
The response is a binary message in the form:
