GSA: DOP and Active Satellites Message

$PASHS,NME,GSA,x,s
Enable/disable DOP and active satellite message to be sent out to the serial port,
where x is the output port, and s is ON or OFF. This message is output even if a
position is not computed.
Example: Enable GSA message on port B
$PASHQ,GSA,x
The associated query command is $PASHQ,GSA,x where x is the optional output
port.
Example: Output GSA message on port B
