b. Switching the Speed of Rotation of the Motor

So as to accommodate future machines, the side deck driver PCB is equipped with

a DIP switch (SW1) for switching the pick-up feeding speed.

When installing the deck to the copier, check to make sure that both bits of the DIP

switch are at ON (deck main motor high-speed signal DMHS=0); otherwise, the wrong

pick-up/feeding speed will be selected, causing jams.
