C. Making Overlay Copies (2nd side)

1. Outline

The feeding path for copying on the second side of an overlay copy is formed when
the holding tray paper deflecting plate is shifted up by the holding tray paper deflecting
plate solenoid (SL8).
When copying on the second side, pick-up occurs on the holding tray. The
bottommost sheet is picked up and sent to the holding tray inlet; then, the copy paper is
switched back, and forwarded to the holding tray registration roller.
