Syntax
INT isavi_SetFrameRate (INT nAviID, double fr)
Description
isavi_SetFrameRate() sets the frame rate for AVI capturing. You can set the frame rate after opening the AVI
file. This value does not have to be equal to the frame rate set for the DCx camera.
