IO_FLASH_MODE_TRIGGER_LO_ACTIVE: Enables
the flash strobe in trigger mode. The digital output is set
to low level for the flash duration.
IO_FLASH_MODE_TRIGGER_HI_ACTIVE: Enables
the flash strobe in trigger mode. The digital output is set
to high level for the flash duration.
IO_FLASH_MODE_CONSTANT_HIGH: Statically sets
the digital output to high level (HIGH).

digital output to low level (LOW).
