Cause: Uplink
settings may have
changed since setup
of the unit. Variable
Bit Rate/Statmuxed
streams may be in
use.
Remedy:
Increase the output
rate, drop
unreferenced content
in DPM Options,
and/or drop
programs not needed
for downstream
devices. Contact
your (uplink) service
provider to verify the
expected bit rate
settings.
