Restore - This is the upper limit for the transport C/N margin
setting. The transport will be muted when the C/N margin is below
the Cutoff setting, and un-muted (e.g., restored) when the C/N
margin rises above the Restore setting for a preset period of time.
The adjustable operating range is from -2.0 to 20.0 dB. The default
setting for Transport Restore is 0.1.
Note: Muting Control must be set to Enable for these settings to be
active.

This is used to set the Audio channel Cutoff and Restore C/N
margin values (limits) to mute audio when the signal quality is
severely degraded when using DVB-S or DVB-S2 modulation.
Cutoff - This is the lower limit for the audio C/N margin setting.
Audio will be muted when the C/N margin is below the Cutoff
setting, and un-muted (e.g., restored) when the C/N margin rises
above the Restore setting for a preset period of time. The adjustable
operating range is from -2.0 to 20.0 dB. The default setting for Audio
