the values are 25.0, 29.97, 30.0, 50.0, 59.94, 60.0,
unknown or unsupported.
The Program Entry number (PE1 to PE16).

received signal (SA, BISS, or Unknown).
Indicates whether the receiver is authorized to
receive the signal (Yes or No).
Indicates whether the received signal is encrypted
(Yes or No).
Indicates whether the received signal is scrambled
(Yes or No).
