Power Supply

1. Remove the printer rear cover (page 10–102).
2. Remove the controller module side cover (page 10–106).
3. Remove the screw and washer (1 each) which secure the AC line cover to the
module side panel.
4. Remove the AC connector from the controller module top panel by pushing its
retaining ears toward the connector body and pushing the connector through its
mounting hole.
5. Remove one nut and disconnect the green/yellow power supply ground lug from
the standoff screw on the module.
6. Remove the screws (4) securing the power supply to the side panel of the
module.
7. Lift the power supply partially out of the module to access the lugs connected to
the terminal strip. Remove each terminal strip screw and remove all lugs. If
necessary, tag the lugs for identification to ensure proper reconnection.
8. Remove the power supply.
9. To install the power supply, reverse the above steps.
