3. Grasp the handle and pull out the fuser unit until the second handle is visible.
4. With the other hand, grasp the second handle and remove the fuser from the
printer.
5. Place the fuser on a clean, flat surface with the cover glass facing up.
This unit contains the following replaceable parts:
Pre–heat lamp (Halogen lamp/PHL)
Fuser flash lamp (Xenon lamp)
Temperature fuse
Lamp duct filter
Pre–heat lamp / Flash lamp
1. With the fuser cover glass facing up, remove the screws (2) securing the paper
guide on the feed side of the unit.
2. Remove the screws (6) that secure the glass frame to the fuser box.
3. Remove the glass frame.
