4. Remove the screws (4) on the belt clamp plate, then remove the two belt clamp
plates.
5. Remove the tension adjustment nut. Then remove the two elevator upper pulley
assemblies from the stacker elevator bracket.
6. Remove the screws (4) securing the stacker base assembly and the stacker
elevator bracket, as shown above.
7. Remove the screws (4) securing the stacker elevator bracket to the stacker base
assembly, as shown above.
Be careful not to damage the wiring during replacement.
8. Remove the elevator carriage assembly and upper pulley assembly by pulling it
upward from the stacker assembly.
9. Remove the belt from the elevator upper pulley assembly, then replace the belt:
a. Remove the C–clip, then pull out the stacker elevator pulley pin.
b. Remove the stacker elevator pulley with attached belt from the stacker
c. Replace the stacker elevator belt.
d. Reassemble the elevator upper pulley assembly in reverse order. See caution
