5. Remove the belt and remove the screws (3) which attach the feed motor bracket
to the printer base, then pull out the bracket with the feed motor attached.
6. Remove the screws (2) from the motor, then remove the bracket on which the
light emitter(s) / receptor(s) are attached.
7. Remove the screw (1) fastening the encoder 19 disk to the motor shaft, then
remove the encoder disk.
8. Loosen the set screw (1) fastening the encoder 20 disk to the shaft by using the
hex wrench, then remove the encoder.
When replacing the light emitters, remove the screws (1 each) which attach the
emitters to the bracket.
