Separator claw unit
In order to remove the separator claw unit, it is necessary to remove the rear cover
and top cover, and then either push the transfer unit lever over to lower the transport
surface, or pull the transport unit out toward you, to make space underneath the
separator claw unit.
1. Disconnect the connector at the rear panel.
2. Remove the screws (2), as shown below (back of printer).
3. Remove the screws (3) that are securing the separator claw unit.
