1.3.7 Jumper Settings

The factory default settings for jumper and DIP switch on the Main Board
(C277MAIN) are as follows.

The above jumper settings are used for factory settings
only, and should not be changed during servicing. These
jumper settings determine the matching of the firmware,
CPU and ASIC, etc., so if they are inadvertently changed, it
will become impossible to operate the printer.

When installing the ASP board, the DIP-switch settings
should be changed as shown below. For details
concerning settings, see page 100.
