To Cancel Backup
‡@ Move cursor in DVD menu to STOP, then push ENTER button.
‡A Backup record operation will stop and remaining HD data will not be recorded.

9-7-4. Record During Timer Auto Backup

Monitor screen will display indications similar to below while the backup transfer record to the
DVD-RAM disk is in progress when TIMER AUTO BACKUP function is used.
(•¦ Note that NTSC format shown above (M/D/Y). PAL time display is D/M/Y.)
( •¦ The B mark on the counter indicates that the backup transfer is taking place.)
Backup recording will automatically resume if power is
lost while B mark indicated at counter line. However,
there may be some corruption of final image data at
power loss and you will lose (not be able to display) that
part of the backup data.
