Repeat previous procedure, but set ENABLE instead of DISABLE.

9-7. Timer Auto Backup

Auto backup record can also be started/stopped using the timer program function if you need
backup recording of timer programs (No. 1-5) performed over a specific time period.

9-7-1. Auto Backup Using Timer Program

First set BACKUP in RECORD program menu to TIMER or AUTO for each PROGRAM
(No. 1-5) that you want DVD option to AUTO BACKUP. For example, if backup of
program No. 1or 3 needed, make settings in display for No. 1 and No. 3 set ups.(See
sec. '6-3. Record Programming' previous for details on making RECORD programs.)
‡A Next, open TIMER PROGRAM menu from MAIN menu. At position1,set REC PRG to
BKUP. If auto set, only alarm data within the set timer will be recorded. If set to timer all
data will be recorded. (See sec. '6-4. Timer Program' previous for procedure to make
settings here.)
‡B Make settings for lines 2-8 in TIMER PROGRAM MENU as needed. Only line 1 can be
set to BKUP (backup). An example is shown on following page.
