Click the Personal Certificates tab.
Click Add.
The Create Personal Certificate dialog box is displayed:
Click Create Certificate Request.
The Create Certificate Request details dialog box is displayed:
Enter information in all the following fields:

Country Name
State or Province
Locality
Organization
Description
Enter any 2 letter code for the country name.
Enter the full name of the state or province.
Enter the full name of the town/city/location.
Enter the full name of your organization for
which the certificate will be issued.
