Remote Support Setup

When using remote support service, set to report any ETERNUS2000 problems to the remote support cen-
ter.
The following explains how to set the device for remote support.
In the remote support setting, register the setting environment to connect to the remote support center, and
customer information to send to the remote support center.
For details on the setting, refer to "ETERNUS2000 ETERNUSmgr User Guide -Settings/Maintenance-".

In the [File] menu of setting/maintenance program, select [Remote Support...].
The [Remote Support...] screen appears.
On the [Setting] screen, click the [Remote Support Information] tab.
