Installing Drive Enclosure

This section describes how to install the drive enclosure in a rack.
Make sure to check the "ETERNUS2000 disk storage system models 100 and 200 Safety Precautions"
before installation. Also notes the following.

Electrical Shock
WARNING
For these operations, be sure to turn off the device connected to the
ETERNUS2000 (such as servers) when it is turned on, and remove the
power cord from the outlet or it may lead to electronic shock.
Do Not
CAUTION
Do not move disk drives where RAID group, volume and hot spares are
set to another group.
Do
Make sure to install drive enclosure on the controller enclosure
When installing multiple drive enclosures, install them on the controller
enclosure in order of the "DE_No. label" attached on the drive enclo-
sure.
The "DE_No. label" is attached in the following location.
At the right side of the
