Installation Scripts for NetWare

This chapter describes the installation script support for NetWare
installation scripts let you:
Alter or extend the NetWare pre-packaged installation process.
Install additional products or services onto a NetWare server after the
operating system has been installed.
NetWare installation scripts in NetWare 6 are processed by the
NWCONFIG.NLM program.
NOTE:
NetWare 4 uses INSTALL.NLM to process script commands.
Script files are ASCII text files. They can have any eight-character name with
one of the following extensions:
Extension
.IPS
.ICS
.ILS
Type of File
Individual product installation
Common functionality between scripts or non-language
specific scripts
Language-specific functionality
