Do the following to ensure NDS is running:

Use iMonitor to determine that the upgrade process is complete.

Open iMonitor in a network browser by entering the IP address of the
server followed by /nds. For example: http://155.555.1/nds.

Click Agent Process Status > External Reference Status.

Make sure the time stamp (under the Time column) shows a time
after the time you began the upgrade—specifically when NDS
unloaded during the upgrade. The following graphic provides and
example of the time stamp:
If the time stamp shows a time earlier than when you began the
upgrade, the backlink process is not complete. Repeat
through Step 1c until the backlink is complete.
