Measuring the Vertex 2 (peak) in the Line Beam
The following describes the setting procedure for measuring a small vertex.
1.
Set the mode switch to FUN.
2.
Select [ON] in [SYSTEM]-[MULTI-
TASK].
The
displayed. Select [OK].
Setting peak (TASK1)
3.
Press the MENU key to display the
TOP menu.
4.
Press the ESC key to display the
TASK switching menu, and select
[TASK1].
5.
Select
[TASKSET].
