This section describes how to set parameters that are not written in an EDS file and how to set node address-
es and baud rates through the network.

Setting Device Parameters by Specifying Class and Instance
Tool - General Parameter
The following items can be set to enable setting device parameters that are not written in an EDS file.

Service Code
•
Class (object class), instance (class instance), attribute (instance attribute)
To set parameters other than these codes, the configuration information for the data setting for the attributes
must be obtained from the device manufacturer. If there is any unknown information, the parameters cannot
be set.
Use the following procedure to set device parameters.
1.
Connect the Network Configurator online.
2.
Select Tool - General Parameter.
The following window will be displayed.
3.
Set the node address of the device for which parameters are being set in the Target Node Address Field.
