If you lose or change a CPX-1000's database, you can restore it
from the original that was backed up to the MP card.
Warning
Restoring a CPX-1000 configuration requires rebooting the
MP card, which interrupts service.
To restore a CPX-1000 database:
Transfer the CPX-1000 configuration file you want to restore by
using FTP. For example:
c:\> ftp <cpx IP address>
Login: anonymous
Password: <your password>
ftp> bin (change to binary mode)
ftp> put <filename.zip>
ftp> quit
Note
Make sure that you are in the same directory as the
CPX-1000 configuration file.
Select Restore CPX Configuration from the Services menu.
