Possible Cause
MONITORED NO > 100 ppm
for at least 12 seconds.
Drug past expiry date.
Drug concentration mismatch.
INOmeter may have failed.
INOMAX cylinder valve is
closed.
INOMAX cylinder is not
detected.
INOMAX cylinder is expired.
INOMAX cylinder is the wrong
concentration.
Recommended Action
Manually ventilate patient with the INOblender
or
turn integrated pneumatic backup delivery ON.
Replace INOMAX cylinder.
Replace INOMAX cylinder.
Replace INOMAX cylinder.
Open INOMAX cylinder valve.
1. Replace INOMAX cylinder.
2. Contact Technical Support.
1. Close expired cylinder valve.
2. Remove expired INOMAX cylinder from
