Print Spooling
COMMAND:
PRTSPOOL.COM
USAGE:
In HOSTEXEC.BAT file or typed from the
keyboard while executing on the host
(host mode).
PRTSPOOL will buffer a program's printer
output in memory and hold it until the
printer is ready for it. This frees your
computer to go on running without waiting
for the printer.
The PRTSPOOL command can be typed from
the keyboard while in host mode. You can
add this command to your HOSTEXEC.BA T
file so that spooling is automatically
invoked when you boot your system.
NOTE: You must be executing on the host
to invoke PR TSPOOL or change its
parameters. To switch back to the host,
type unturbo. (Some options cannot be
changed without rebooting, so they can't
be typed from the keyboard if PRTSPOOL
has been invoked by your HOSTEXEC.BA T
file.)
