SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Finishing the INSTALL Program
When you finish the INSTALL program, the
PCturbo 286e is ready to run, but you have not
installed all of the Productivity Software,
such as RAM Disk or Print Spooling. You can
type TURBO to tryout the PCturbo 286e, or you
can install·the Productivity Software first.
If
you boot from a hard disk, you will exit
from INSTALL into the sub-directory it
created, called \pcturbo. This sub-directory
contains all of the Turbo software.

The \pcturbo sub-directory will not be in
the search path until you reboot, so you
will not be able to tryout the
PCturbo 286e if you change to a different
directory.
INSTALL placed a line in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file
to put \pcturbo in the command search path.
This will take effect when you reboot,
so you won't have to be concerned about the
\pcturbo sub-directory again. To install the
new search path, reboot by pressing
<Ctrl>-<Alt>-<Del>.
