dddd (optional) - Maximum number of
directory entries. Adjusting the number
of entries will save some memory;
allowing more entries allows more files
in each RAM disk. (default

Use either:

to place RAM disk in DOS Memory
(default)

IE -
to place RAM disk in Protected
Memory
- or -
IX -
to place the RAM disk in EMS
Expanded Memory
IW -
Disables RAM-intact warm boot.
(When you specify
IW
you will not keep
the contents of the RAM disk after warm
booting.)
