The TURBO Command
COMMAND;
TURBO. COM
FORMAT:
TURBO [/SI [jD] [fC] [fR] [fVI [fB]
[jH] [fF] [f A=h]
USAGE:
To begin running on the PCturbo 286e.
This is the command you use to transfer from
the host to the Turbo. (To return to the host
system, type UNTURBO.)
The first time you type TURBO after turning on
the system, these things will happen;
DOS will be loaded onto the PCturbo
The AUTOEXEC.BA T file will be executed
Operation will transfer to the PCturbo
The TURBEXEC.BA T file will be executed
The display will indicate the system status.
(If it displays an error message, see Appendix
G - PCturbo Messages.) The TURBEXEC.BA T is
the PCturbo's equivalent to the AUTOEXEC.BAT
file.
It
will only be executed the first time
you enter Turbo Mode in any computing session.
After that, you can switch back and forth
between the host and the Turbo without
altering
system status. When you switch back
to the Turbo, even the current sub-directory
will remain the same as when you left.
